Warranty
  1.One year warranty
    When the product have any trouble in one year, please send the products to our attestation dealer and the repair organization to get free repair service, the organization will notify you after repaired.
Notice:There is a lack of accessories or the quatity problem for headphones, links, usage manual and random discs etc., the vendors offices will replace them by the dealer confirmed in 15 days from the date of sale.
    In addition to the mainframe products, machinery frames, headphones, links, usage manual,random discs, packaging, etc. are not within the range of “year warranty”,you can choose paid services.

    If you have purchased and used our products within the scope of a warranty failure in the People's Republic of China (except Hongkong, Macao, and Taiwan regions), you can go to any location nearest for repaired(idiographic business timetable to inquire about the local distribution points).

    1.Don`t enjoy “warranty” situation 
    The products was sold out, if any of the following reasons, as a result of a product failure or damage, Longview have right not to comply with the "warranty" clauses to provide service, you can choose paid services. The whole machine and parts have already outrun free maintain term;
    Because of falling, crashes, squeeze, impact, heat, corrosion and other physical nature, chemical injury or damage;
    Because of without comply《usage manual》to led to the damage;
    Because of maintenance from non-maintenance personnel, customer-handling led to the failure or damage;
    Supply voltage instability caused the failure or damage;
    By water (fire) disasters and earthquake damage led to force majeure;
    Other non-product design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other issues led to failure or damage.
    Without the effective certificate and invoice (we take the date of product maintenance card as maintenance basis).
    Arbitrarily altered warranty documents;
    Warranty documents on the type or number of the products are inconsistent with the kind of the product;
